On the scale of 1- 10 I rate my physical fitness as 7, spiritual well being as 10 and psychological well being as 8. I practice Tae Bo 3 times a week and also Zumba, I am happy with the way I look but there is always room for improvement for my cardiovascular health to improve. I am very spiritual and I have naturally grown into it over the last few years. I have enjoyed reading Astrology for the last 9 years and learning numerology. (I am a life path 7, which is the most spiritual number of them all) so kinda interesting I felt like this before I started reading numerology. I am a very positive person and have this energy that people come to me with problems, so I try to broaden their mind with other ways of looking at life.
A goal for myself in each areas would be trying to fit in a extra workout once a week, mediate a little more and the one thing I do have to learn to control is being impatient.
I have just bought rubber work out bands so that will improve my workout intensity, I have to write down times to mediate and post them on my fridge so not to just brush them aside and think it will be OK. I have to also be more mindful of being impatient so remembering to count to 10 and think before I act.
The exercises are always beneficial to me. Visualization of the color indigo blue had an even more calming effect on me. It is funny as I do not like too much noise apart from when I go out on on the town with my friends as that is too a stress relief, dancing, dressing up and letting my stresses disappear. I can however tolerate the noise from this exercise as it has a calming effect on me as do his voice

Welcome
Hi all, my name is Louise and I am from the UK. I am working on my BS in Nutrition Science and I will graduate next July..yay!!! Hope you all enjoy this class as much as I do :)
The journey on relaxation exercise
I always find these relaxation techniques important to de-stress myself, even though I do not practice them like that too often however I do meditate in silence and recharge myself with energy; which always works. His voice is very relaxing as is the music. Visualization is important to really feel the benefits of the relaxation exercise and I was thoroughly relaxed and happy after I completed it. Just to point out I needed it as today was a stressful one!
